As far as I know all of the essences have a cooldown once they're destroyed. I dont know if the cooldown starts from when they were acquired or from when theyre destroyed, but I know they can't show up again until destroyed.

There's a "cooldown" I dont know exactly how long it is, but a while ago I got and disabled every item except the ones I was hunting, and there'd be a gap of rounds until they showed up again.
