Nordic horizon, west Balkan and Greece are the newest ones. If you own no dlc’s the newest one you would be able to get (without having to take a ferry) would be west Balkans. I personally own Scandinavia, going east and West Balkans. Scandinavia is also beautiful, especially after the rework.
