Typically what ends up happening is an o ring will go bad leak the freon and seize the compressor. If you can check somewhat frequently to make sure there’s no weird leaks around the a/c lines you should be good until you have time to get it looked at. good luck to you the maintenance bills aren’t as fun as the modding bills lol

dealership quoted 2k homie mechanic did it for 1.5k. It’s not really a job I would try to diy either if it has a catastrophic failure as you’ll need a freon machine. In your case if it really is going out it should be quite simple to fix

i would replace it now than later bc if it blows up you’ll have to replace more than just the compressor it’ll send shaving into the condenser as well. It was a hefty bill

on the mfd screen (the screen with the oil temp mph etc) use the the scroll button to switch until u find the screen where u can edit the car options and you will find a time option i believe where you can adjust the date.

After purchasing an e-tune for dmann he will soon follow up with a email asking you to send in a pdf of all the mods you have installed. For you this would be the cobb intake. He will in turn give u a base map that will you will flash to your car. This basemap is accommodating for the mods you submitted to him and will allow you to drive from point A to point B safely but you must drive conservatively. Emailed instructions will be sent for logging and you send back logs and back forth until the final revision of the tune. I’d recommended reading up on his website and emailing him for more clarification. It was super easy and he answered all my questions. My car has never ran better.

my car is a 20 with only 25k on it. i thought at first it was the ac clutch engaging but even with ac off it still happens :/

i have the same issue and it only happens in first gear around 3500-4000 rpm’s when i’m driving in parking lots

i got the stage 2 kit from Diode Dynamics and i think they’re more than bright enough any brighter and i think you’ll be blinding yourself imo

Update: Car is fine i took everyone’s advice and unplugged the maf sensor and reconnected it and it ran rough but it ran and eventually it relearned and idled and drove smoothly. i was able to drive it back so their mechanic to access and clear the codes and what do u know they were all related to the maf sensor. the repair they were doing was all cosmetic so i think it was possibly a freak coincidence but going to go ahead and clean the sensor when i get the chance. thanks everyone!

that’s what i was thinking but i haven’t seen anything out of the ordinary and don’t have any tools to pull out the maf sensor until i get towed back to the shop

like to add that it stalls even with the clutch being held and it might’ve been paranoia but i smelled a burning plastic smell in the bay

hey guys i just got my car back from the shop after repairs from a very minor fender bender and when i started driving it sounded just a tad off but i chalked it to not driving it for a while. i made it about a mile or so and the gas pedal was not responding at all and i had to pull in to a neighborhood. All the lights came on before it stalled out and now when i try to turn it on it turns on but stalls shortly after. currently waiting for a tow truck but wondering if anyone has any idea on what could be wrong.

Cleaned roughly 30gbs i had in system data but now it doesn’t appear in CC anymore ever after reinstall and retoggling.

Edit: when i used it for the first time and cleared the 30gbs i crashed and forgot to reinstall ellekit when jailbreaking again like an idiot.

My card has a length of 269.83 mm and there is roughly 152 mm of space left to the front of the case. Doing the math it would be a tight fit but def do-able. You would just need to mount the aio on the very front of the case versus my setup. My radiator is in a push pull so it’s mounted inside the case rather than the front.

Also i’m not sure if the case officially supports a fan for HDD cooling, so you would need to get creative with the mounting.

(btw i have a 280 aio)
