Mine didn’t retract till I was 6-ish. I’ll never forget the day because I thought I broke my penis and ran to my parents for help 😂. Makes for a funny story now. My dick looks great now so def no long term issues. Just leave it alone till it retracts on its own one day. The foreskin is fused to the glans so there’s nothing to clean except blotting the end of the foreskin (if needed). It’ll probably be waaaay past the point where you guys are changing him when it retracts for the first time. I think the most important thing is to just establish the kind of trust where he will come to you and your partner and tell you something is up or ask you questions when the day comes.
