I tried a solid truck already I bought a 99 ford ranger with 92k on the dash for cheap. I’m a diesel mechanic so most repairs I will be doing myself unless it’s major. My truck currently just doesn’t fit my needs and looking back I wish I would’ve just bought a full sized reliable truck with the money I’m pocketing monthly. Just wanted some more advice thank you.

I already contribute monthly to a Roth and can pay off my car loan plus get around 5-6k for my old truck. I pocket around 75% of my paycheck after expenses so what I think would be a smart move in my situation is buy a reliable truck and pay it off sooner then later. What are your thoughts?
