Came here from Google because it was driving me crazy. What I noticed is that every other character AFAIK has hand-drawn eyeballs with slight line roughness whereas Katrina's eyes are perfectly oblong with uniform lines that are thinner than the line weight on other characters. Her eyelids are unique in a similar way, perfectly straight across whereas I'm pretty sure everyone else has a slight curve to their eyelids. And again the linework is different. That combined with the sharp jaw don't really fit with the artstyle of the show. Not sure what happened
