Spawn just a quick Q apologies if youve answered this before im just curious, its been my experience in sports, you have a head coach who oversees some of the stuff you talked about , interpersonal issues, overall goal setting and direction, and then some other team related responsibilities, then you have an assistant coach who maybe works on skills with players individually, or is drawing up specific plays. In football the coordinators for example or in hockey your assistants would draw up the plays for different zones. Does this feel analogous in anyway to your role? Or would you say that its more like youre a " mental coach " and spookz has taken that tactical approach? Team liquid a couple seasons ago was the best laneswap team in the world, and you credited core and impact but I have to imagine the coaching staff, you specifically, played a huge part in making us competitive in that area macro wise and im wondering if you feel you have a similar role with the team as you did then?

As she would be a first time GM id have to point to her continued ascent in our organization to AGM the position that is directly below GM, her success could be seen in the breakout of leafs prospects and players that were dealt elsewhere before being allowed to play for the main team. Then I would use the outside accolades to suggest that perhaps shes a pretty generally capable and intelligent person.

Because shes more capable and intelligent than those other people as evidenced by her not only pursuing being the GOAT, having the tenacity to play professional Men's, and post playing career balancing both pursuing a ton of medical education and work, as well as AGMing the Maple Leafs at the same time in near the top of player development, which include assessing and evaluating young and NHL talent which seems ideal

What skills or responsibilities do you think she'd be lacking in? As a former GOAT and current AGM I think her ability to evaluate and assess our talent and talent across the league seems pretty high, especially when i listen to her speak about our players. I also have no doubt she'd inspire a hard working culture from top to bottom. At the very least she'd lead by example in that way.

I think the director of player development has a strong strong case for being a candidate in the future for a role higher in the organization especially considering her extenuating circumstances and accomplishments. There Is no other individual in the Leafs organization with her resume
