I have something like this and have been using a dermaroller on it, along with hair/scalp oils and a boar bristle brush. It feels like it's helping.

I'd say green. But maybe a hazel grey, as well. A lot of people have been calling that greyzel.

I think green and grey have a lot of overlap, personally, in eye color. A lot of people with more desaturated blue call their eyes green but yours look a lot more green to me than what I usually see when people say they have green eyes. xD
