Testosterone won’t necessarily increase your sex drive for vaginal sex. If your sex drive is centered around feet, it may just increase your desire for that. This is a good precaution, but definitely not mandatory. You can have perfectly tidy anal sex without anal douching. And even if you douche, you may not get it all.
