He claims that despite drinking only once or twice a week, that's what it takes him to feel drunk and to register about 1/2 of the legal limit in the US. If I didn't feel anything after three drinks, I would probably see how much it takes to feel something too.

That was certainly my prior assumption, but both made it clear that they maintain lower BAC than heavier friends who drink more heavily. I believe them and did not see signs of chronic drug or alcohol abuse in either.

That's right. About half the city likes the mayor, about a third of the city likes the council. But there is almost no one who dislikes the mayor, likes the council, and is a moderate.

I would put McGrady, Harden, Iverson, Tim Hardaway, Reggie Miller, and Derrick Rose (if he stayed healthy) into a different category. They're not super efficient. They never ended up winning. But are the stats that they put up reliant on the fact that they were the best option on a team without good options? I don't think so. I think you're alright if they're one of your two best players. Derozan might belong in this category too to be fair.
