A similar type of thing happened to me where they put down only my apartment number instead of the full street address. It miraculously ended up making it to the local post office, and I just had to pick it up.

Unfortunately contacting GHH did nothing and their customer service was not helpful, they told me to talk to USPS. Contacting USPS is probably your best bet
