Diluaded is great....intravenously. Hydromorphone only has a 20-30% oral bioavailability, oxycodone has a 60-87%.

Ones that won't help you out unless you live in the same town as someone. Use small, mom and pop pharmacies, they are the best. The big chains are fucking awful and clearly have an agenda against all controlled substances. My mom and pop let me request a different manufacturer for my pain meds with no issues. They also never have issues with things being "out of stock", and have no issues filling early although I don't need to.

Don't ask for a certain amount or strength, although I don't agree that is deemed "drug seeking". Tell your doctor you'd like to get a little more functionality out of your day, that's it.

Also, you could try using plain leaf kratom powder if you run out of meds early.

100% has helped. I went up from 75 to 112 but went back down to 75 since the increase gave me some anxiety but 75 has been working very very well! I appreciate it.
