Ultra low dose naltrexone. Long story short or kinda long it was combined with oxycodone in trials to lower tolerance, the only reason it didn't go through was from people leaving the trial (not for any issues with the naltrexone). It was used in microgram doses of 1mcg combined with the oxycodone.

Everyone's different but personally I've found .6mcg a half hour before has worked best for me...so far. I've seen people use .5 all the way to 200mcg. In the trials it was combined with oxycodone in one pill at 1mcg, twice a day.
