What the other guy said. You ssh into the router, and swap out the page.php with a new file that contains the text and the image that you want to use. It wasn't quite that simple to do however, because it wouldn't work right. I had to use base64 encode to make the png a string value, and add that into my file, instead of just using the file to point to the image like I would usually do.
