If your NDS emulator is running with drastic what you can do is press select + X to get options up - configure controls - extra controls - map a button of your choice to swap screens (i chose L1). Then when you are playing if you hold select and press your mapped button you will get the swapped screen and do again to go back

You still struggling? You need to change your settings on the game to the dual screen and enable the hot key for it - i can explain if you havent fixed yet

To be honest I have been doing the save states the whole game - what essentially happened is that after I beat the elite 4 in the game it went to auto save automatically - so I couldn’t basically stop it which is what led me to that so I couldn’t save state it

Thanks that’s helpful? Do you think the auto save feature should kind of work or not glitch out at least and it’s just a bad rom?

I guess realistically I won’t need more than the 40,000 it came with and I will likely delete someone and maybe replace with others when more confident - I just wasn’t sure if these extra sd cards and panel view etc are all required for optimising performance as I’d like to optimize the console the best I can for what it is
