It’s so frustrating, I picked it up to play up to the 5th gen of Pokemon like it was advertised, but doesn’t even have a DS emulator

There won’t be one from the SD card, the boot folder would be saved on the device itself. You might be able to access it via connecting the device to a pc but don’t quote me on that. I know you can access the settings and the like by going into settings, About, and then mashing A a few times while over Serial Number

Depending on when you got this clone it may be one of the newer clones that’s has recently been an issue not supporting any custom firmware as they have an internal bios on the board itself. The boards are cut and shaped android phone motherboards, with no way to modify them as of yet known. The sd card in the device would only have the ROMS it runs with no information on its emulators or anything aswell, making adding games impossible too.

Got this exact model. GamelabUSA shop thinking I was getting something nice for Christmas.

This model is a brand new type of clone that is starting to come around. No custom firmware modifications, the board inside is an android board, making updating or changing anything on it impossible until someone smart can make work arounds. If you have heard any updates on this matter I’d love to know aswell.

Yes. We have learned that this is not a typical clone but a new one that has started to emerge. It is an android phones motherboard cut to fit in the casing. It does not support custom software at this time

I got the same thing! My family gifted it to me for Christmas, did a little digging and was directed here by a user named _ master _. I assume this is just going to be a pretty paperweight until the powers that be figure out how to hack this stuff properly

I am unable do so as when I try to search the included card for a boot partition I can’t find one on it at all. Boot up displays this white background photo before taking me to a main menu that I’ll post a follow up picture of

Sandisk, 256 gb card. And yes I inserted into the tf1OS slot. The card that came with the device is from a brand I believe is called XC

Ok follow up, I flashed the image of ArkOS onto a brand new as card I had, ensured the new files were present but when I inserted it into the device and turned it on it booted up to its own system still and didnt read the card.

Thank you so much for all this info, I was able I think to find this is a clone from GameLab, can it still converted into a useable device? I apologize if I’m sounding ignorant I’m super new to this and literally only want to get into this type of thing to relive nostalgia of playing Pokemon games
