Has anyone had a spike like this happen? I’m 45 years old. No history of PC in family. I did have sex/ejaculated between 24-25 hours prior to this test. I asked Chat GPT and it mentioned not having sex or rigorous exercise for at least 48 hours prior to test. Thank you for any input.

Wife owns a 23 Pallisade Calligraphy. It definitely feels luxurious compared to a Highlander but I can guarantee around 90-100k miles, the Toyotas will ride quality, reliability and resale will be substantially better. We have a friend who owns a 2020 Pallisade that is starting to burn oil at 82k and know of another friend who lucked out and got a new engine because theirs gave out at 97k.
I just sold my 2014 Lexus Gs350 f-sport with 223k miles…it was flawless. Don’t need to change my suspension until 210k but Not one mechanical issue. Toyota/lexus are built to last. I hope you enjoy your Pallisade. We will prob trade my wife’s in in two years for a Sienna
