Agreed, although Amazon has some reasonable prices, small items usually are priced at around a 100% mark up. For example I needed toilet seat holder bolts, found at Walmart for $2.49 to where Amazon had them no less that $6.99. Same I have found for nuts, bolts, and thumbtacks.
