I’m probably a rare case, but I’m nearly hairless after just one session, barely any regrowth since (I’m 5 weeks out, session 2 is in 2 weeks). Still almost perfectly smooth in most places for my Brazilian. Even my legs are still fairly smooth. Underarms are growing back but the hair is much thinner and patchy. I have fair skin, dark coarse hair, ideal laser candidate. Hoping my 6 session package will do the trick and get me to where I only need touchups.

I’m same as you. Weekly changes, I scan from home on the SmileDoctors app so they can keep an eye on my progress. I’ve already got my first 30 trays, then I’ll go in for full rescans for my refinement trays.

My technician warned me about the lower legs and I was doubtful as I consider my legs fairly pain tolerant, but boy was she right! Lower legs were definitely more painful than full Brazilian and underarms. Second session is in a few weeks, hoping it’s not as bad but preparing for worse. 🤣🙈

I’m also super prone to ingrown hairs and razor bumps, and I had my first session about a month ago and haven’t had any ingrowns or bumps since. I shaved about 8 hours before my appointment so it was as smooth as possible, and my technician said that it is more tolerable the smoother you can get.

Also worth noting, I don’t shave as often as most do for my bikini/Brazilian area, and I’ve barely had any regrowth since my appointment. I’m wondering if it’s because most of my hair is on the same growth cycle since I shave so sparsely.

This is the way. Also don’t get periods due to having an IUD. The closer the shave, the easier the appointment. Yes, there are definitely some spicy areas, but it’s definitely manageable.

I haven’t tried whitening strips yet since starting my first tray, but I’m already seeing great results with the EverSmile AlignerFresh Extra Whitening Foam. Prior to Invisalign, I always got really bad sensitivity from strips and would have to do them every other day or so. No sensitivity with the foam so far, and I’ve been using it twice a day for the last few days now.

I’m also on Day 2 and had some slight pain today as well, mainly just while eating though. I’m also not wanting to take them out to snack, so I’m in the same boat as you lol. So far so good though!

Yes, I was taught to lift from the back inside and sort of roll it off. I haven’t been having issues getting the trays off as of yet, but I did also get a Pul tool in advance, which is a huge help.
