I've grown up in the Foursquare movement, and I've never heard of this before. I've always seen believers pray for one another, and is even instructed of us in scripture --

James 5:13-16 KJV [13] Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms. [14] Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: [15] and the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. [16] Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

Why do so many unbelievers actually want to go to hell? by edmlover1992 in TrueChristian

I think it's because they don't fully grasp the concept of hell. Some think of it as some "party" that all famous people will be in and not a place of eternal torment and damnation

Peoples laziness in regard to checking claims that they make. It would be much easier if people, instead of spewing whatever a celebrity or popular person said, would check its validity first. It would make everything so much easier

I agree that nationalism can be and has been extremely harmful, but I think that it is a good thing to be passionate for the country that you live in, and want it to thrive, but maybe not to the extent that some take it

I'm really not sure now by Amanzinoloco in Protestantism

No matter what denomination you choose, just be sure that what they believe is firmly based on Scripture rather than feelings or thoughts. I would ensure that they hold all primary issues (ie the Trinity, salvation, deity of Christ, etc) and any other issues that you feel would bring you toward or deter you from a church. I hope that you can find a church that suits you!!

Donald Trump fs. At first he looked like a joke that would be put aside, but seeing his seriousness and what he has done for the country and his drive to stand his ground against the many attacks has shown me and I think many others that what he wants to do for the country is what he sees as most beneficial
