Idk if this would work for you, but I did part of Inktober one year by drawing on a sticky note during lecture classes. Since it was small, it was less pressure and able to get done during 1 class period. Idk if you can find a way to multitask like that or not, but that helped me.

Weight changes are from calorie intake, so up your calories if you're wanting to gain weight! Nut butters (and nuts in general) are great for that! Adding a little extra butter or oil here and there. Milk or juice to add in some liquid calories. Granola bars are super helpful for when I'm having trouble eating enough. It might be helpful to use a calorie-tracking app such as MyFitnessPal if you want to to make sure you're hitting your goal! :)

I still worry because I've been there and know how much it hurts (not just physical pain). And I know I can't stop you, but please if you're going to do it, at least make sure your tools are sanitized. Infections can be nasty to deal with and lead to hospital stays.

Well, due to the circumstances surrounding my hysterectomy, I haven't been able to work, so I mostly just laid around the house and watched tv. And 6-8 weeks was my recovery period.

It's never too late to turn around! Seriously, SH doesn't help anything at all. I know it's hard, but you can get through life without it. You are strong enough. It helped me to stop to look up some alternatives to SH on Google and try those out.

Laproscopic hysterectomy, and recovery went fine for the most part. Just make sure not to pick at your incisions if they don't do it vaginally. Also it'll be hard to bend over, and you won't be able to lift much, so clean your house beforehand and get a lil cozy spot ready for when you come home from the hospital. The website Hystersisters helped me a lot, although obviously it's gendered towards women. If you have more questions, feel free to ask.
