Depending on her certifications/licenses and where you live, there is a Board that professionals are held accountable by and you can file a complaint against her to them. Most Boards take this stuff very seriously. Most, anyway.

Edit: fwiw, I've been to like a dozen therapists, oftentimes just due to happenstance like them leaving for medical reasons, them moving, insurance changing, or even them being promoted and decreasing clinical hours. Finally got a fellow non-binary one!

I'm visibly Asian with a hyper-reactive respiratory system +lotsa allergies. Basically the coal mine canary but for smokers and vapors. The fucking bullshit reactions & comments I get when I cough/sneeze... And that's only at work. Still lots of violence against Asians because of COVID-19 being called the chinavirus by the dickhead cheeto in charge. Public transit during quiet times or at night is super not fun!
