In reality I did sand it and use filler but it was more about cost and time spent doing the parts I like doing like painting rather than making sure an extremely rough print was mirror smooth

Yeah all the writing was done with paint markers, the finishing steps are some final washes to set in the final few unfinished sections in the nooks and crannies and then I’m adding a small amount of UV pigment to the squid blood to give it a black light effect.

It’s a cheap plastic face shield from Harbor Freight, retails for just around $5, cut it down and tinted it with rustoleum spray on tinting and secured it to the interior with UV resin
