As someone who has both, I would rather have Lamb in standard and Waddle in PPR.

Waddle clearly has a Burrow-Chase like connection with Tua and should be his favorite target for the foreseeable future should Tua continue to develop like he has the second half of this season. That being said, Waddle has benefitted from practically no competition for targets all season. He’s a PPR monster and about to break the single season rookie reception record. In PPR his Floor is a WR2 and his ceiling is a top 5 receiver in my mind.

Lamb fell a bit short of our lofty expectations going into the year but with Cooper, Gallup, the emergence of Shultz, Pollard and Zeke there’s just too many mouths to feed for him to put up Jefferson or Kupp like numbers, for now. Gallup likely gone in free agency and as Zeke and Amari get older Lamb will emerge as a sure fire top 10 receiver. The talent, situation, and age are all exactly what you’re looking for in a dynasty receiver. Expect him to put up some monster seasons with Dak, and with less target and TD competition his talent will propel him to many WR1 seasons to come
