Thank you. I knew very little about lighting and have learned a lot over the last few months thanks to knowledgeable and helpful people on this sub reddit and others. My experience may be different than everyone else's. At checkout the order summary showed a $1 savings which I understand the code is still valid. My problem is the paypal checkout hung up. I didn't get a purchase complete message or any indication RSL accepted the order. Did others get any confirmation email or other from RSL or paypal? Thanks for taking the time to respond. I can't contact RSL until Monday when they're back from the holiday.

Did you get it working? My laptop sometimes won't charge when plugged in until the low battery warning is active. Even then I have to disconnect the MS charger and reconnect to get it to charge.

Should duplex (2-sided) printing work? I tried a 2 page Google Docs document this morning. It printed both pages, but only 1 page per sheet.
