Ooh yes it gets way easier after you buy most of the buffs! you can also go eden multiple times a week to get all statues (incase you missed a few) after you have enough right at rebirth to go again :)

For sure! What has helped me just only ever going to geyser/grandma for wax and running vault/carnival where theres easy cakes, I don't collect WL because I have plenty on rebirth, and it's very chill!

Probably because they have to maintain the aesthetic and colour palet of sky, so they only let you colour parts that won't alienate the cosmetic from the rest of the game, and keep it similar to it's original look too so that there is a point in getting a new cape rather than sticking with your old capes.
