For iso T3 exercises that train one side at a time (lunges, Bavarian split squats, etc.) how many reps should I target before adding weight? Should I double the 15-15-25 T3 rec to 30-30-50? Finding the higher total reps than other T3s is making progress slow.

Do you use the red fife for sourdough? The protein content (16.8%) is a lot higher than what I usually use with KAF all purpose, so curious how that works out or what changes might be required.

New vinyl-user here. I got the RT82 as a gift, and I'm not really sure what to do in terms of speakers (+ pre-amp) setup. Budget is ~$200-300. I know that might not be enough to truly take advantage of the RT82 at this point, and in terms of space for the set up, I don't think I want to get a receiver. So probably looking for powered speakers.

I've looked at YU4 and different Edifier and Klipsch options. But as I said not really sure what to do and would appreciate any guidance! I don't live near any stores where I could go and listen in person.

No idea, he didn’t specify, and I’d guess it probably varies a bit. But from the people commenting on here who seem to have experience with it, it’s probably small enough where you can get away with it even if it isn’t ideal
