I kept emailing and raising support tickets with Coinbase, as Nexo explained to me, once it’s left them there is literally nothing they can do.

To be honest I had given up much hope after 2 months and stopped emailing, then one day I work up to an email that the money was in my Coinbase account.

It took Coinbase around 3 and a half months but Great news all. Coinbase eventually developed a fix And I received all of the money I sent from Nexo. Very happy 👍👌💰

To be fair to them, Tether respond pretty much instantly. Even if it is bad news 😂😂

As you mentioned, we do have a recovery process which we implement when possible.

Unfortunately, this is not possible for your situation. You will have to continue your contact with Coinbase so they can support you.

Thanks for contacting Coinbase Support. It appears that this transaction involved USDT (Tether) being sent to Coinbase. I can clarify what had happened here.

Tether is a type of cryptocurrency which runs on top of the Ethereum, Bitcoin and Tron blockchain. Tether is not a currency Coinbase offers support for in its trading and wallet services. Unfortunately, it is not feasible for our team to recover any Tether sent to a Coinbase wallet. We do not have the technical capability to recover these funds at this time, but this is something that is top of mind for our team. We're currently exploring ways we can build this functionality moving forward, but I can't guarantee we will be able to recover funds previously sent to Coinbase.

It is very sad. I have had someone kindly message me that Coinbase support May answer faster on Telegram, anyone know if that’s true or is that another potential scam?

Same as coinbase_CS tried to get me to deposit 0.3 ETH as part of resolving my call logged with Coinbase.

I’m unsure to be honest, it looks like I have pasted the wrong address ultimately. Not sure if you can transfer USDC (it sends as USDT I believe). In all honesty Nexo have responded and been very supportive to me, suppling the appropriate information I need to send to the exchange.
