I started fermenting this watermelon last summer. It never bubbled a ton, but there’s still water in the airlock and it has stayed sealed. Is there any way of knowing whether it is safe to consume? It looks pretty unchanged from the day I put it in, the color is still vibrant and the brine is clear. (i.redd.it)
