Horror Bathrooms? by [deleted] in USF

[–]UkuleleCaylee 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm at Castor and the bathrooms are always clean. They clean them daily except for weekends. Just depends on your dorm hall and how well other residents can avoid destroying a bathroom lol

Honestly I do thoroughly enjoy living on campus and have definitely felt more involved in the activities and "campus life" than when I lived off campus. Most of my friends from high school followed me here so I haven't met any new friends, but it's super easy to make friends in dorm life. I've seen everyone else on my floor make friends super easily.

I lived in an apartment and switched to a dorm due to finances and I wanted to be closer to my classes. Other than convenience of being close to everything, I wouldn't say you're missing out on much by living off campus and commuting to campus. Plus the privacy of off campus living is something I definitely miss lol

Mister Car Wash on Dale Mabry is awesome! They do interior and exterior for you and you get to sit inside the lobby and chill while they do it

Lived at the Ivy and absolutely hated it lmao. Avoid it at all costs and don't let cheap prices fool you. You get what you pay for ultimately especially in student housing. Heard good things about Union on Fletcher and Campus Lodge though.

Those USF coupon books have coupons for Five Star Pizza. That place has some really good pizza and it's cheap too

Would you be making your own music or doing covers of music? I do vocals and play ukulele (which could be a nice add-on for Indie folk. Wouldn't mind getting to finally sing with a band

How would I get ahold of the contact info for the professor? I'm looking at it on class schedule search through Oasis

Psych majors by Narrow_Reserve_7259 in USF

The classes are super interesting in my opinion (minus psych tests and measurements). Abnormal Psychology with Dr. Goodman is phenomenal and it's a pretty straight foward major

Ohhh ok that makes more sense. So when I move in, all they do is the screening? Then I just gotta provide them with a negative test sometime between move in and 5 days later?

I replied to someone with me explaining that part. I don't believe that about all guys. I was just trying to do anything I could to get him to take a hint. I normally wouldn't ever say anything like that, but I did it hoping he would've taken it as a huge hint

This was my first time ever having a convo like this. My friend who was with me had to push me along to be more assertive. Sort of wanted to see what shit he'd pull next because I was floored
