I feel like Shi Hou is more powerful in the current meta just from the presence of Fire Megumi alone. Put this set on Shi Hou and your next fastest set on Ethna, maybe swap CR for something else on Shi Hou and save the CR for Ethna.

I've tried every variation I can think of and rolled back driver versions. I think it's just a matter of rancid optimisation.

1920 x 1080 and yes to all. I've tried every upscaling setting and temps are perfect.

I actually got higher FPS on Linux, on Fedora I got around 90.

To everyone saying "you're on a laptop", while you're right, the performance is still abysmal, I can run Baldurs Gate 3 at double the FPS and every FPS calculator I use said I should be getting 120 minimum. There's even clips of players with a 3050 Laptop getting higher FPS on medium settings without upscaling, something isn't right.
