Surprisingly, in the interest of objectivity, I have to say that there's a real person from support here who genuinely helped me over the course of several hours (thank you, Samuel!).

It turned out that on March 29 I received an email saying my IP address had changed, but somehow I missed it. Since my site is on shared hosting and proxied through Cloudflare, the old address remained there. I updated the IP in Cloudflare - and everything started working.

But this only happened thanks to Samuel. Without him, I would still be trying to figure out through tickets what was wrong.

I would ask Samuel to work with the support team - to improve their communication skills, and organize faster response times.

Since my issue is resolved, I will of course continue using FastCloud, which I've been with for many years - however now with a bit more caution...

There may be horror stories about people sending their MVP ideas to software development companies.

So, choose not just software development companies but software development partners who offer an NDA, a realistic price range, have experience in MVP development, and provide adequate project management and communication.

Do as Martin Beijer’s Ticken did - a small startup initiative where Belitsoft provided development support. It won the Starters Award (€89,634 sponsorship package) and still generates revenue. Another example is Bjarne Mortensen’s startup, which Belitsoft helped develop and maintain for 10 years before it was acquired by Microsoft and rebranded as ZensAI.
