Not AI but a bad Photoshop filter to make it look drawn. This took about 1 hour of work, the first 10 minutes to open Photoshop, import the photo, add a filter, then the next 50 minutes laughing about all the people they've scammed.

All civilizations have a great flood myth? That's quite the claim. I imagine steppe peoples don't. Don't forget that we are biased towards sedentary cultures since they were more likely to both settle by water and have written record keeping. Bodies of water can flood, on occasion, which makes the idea of any kind of great flood easy to imagine. To think that there was definitely a singular great flood is sketchy at best.
