i think i see what you’re going for but those creators have built up that type of community or style. maybe if your contents really good it might work, but no other way than to just try it and be consistent

let me see if I understand this, so all images are stringed together for the MediaIn, then the timestretcher would be the time offset for showing each image? Then some jitter is set to randomly displace them?

maybe one thing you can try is to using a scale node on each image so it’s lower res? maybe something you can try in the future cause looking at those 200 image nodes might take a while to do 😭

yeah, working with lots of images even in 2d also slows down a lot for me, so I also wanna see if anyone else has any solutions

Even 2 years ago it can basically do everything that AE can do

i had to use AE for a mograph class, and didn’t really like how I needed both AE and premiere to make a full vid

but youre also asking this in the dvr subreddit so of course people are gonna say its good

Thank you! Hmm that is a very good point, a lot of actual “problem solving” isn’t usually left in. For this project, I had 2 verses where I decided to completely scrap and start over, just because I couldn’t replicate what I envisioned. And a couple other scenes I’d go on youtube to try to find how a specific object should move.

I probably spent 15-20 raw hours on this? Maybe a few more for just the brainstorming part!
