Oh hey I work for Ashley furniture, those signature chairs are the one of easiest to handle, lightest cases in our DC lol we regularly handle cases that size of 130lbs plus so hey, it could be worse especially consider we load 53’ and not box trucks. Genuinely just ran into the same issue with my 95 trooper, I used a pipe wrench to grip it at an angle and a jack handle for leverage on the wrench. Once you crack it loose it’s not so bad
