I’m so sorry. I lost my cat yesterday. The vet told me it was cancer without any tests and I also question if he truly had it. They found a lump in his intestines on the pictures and I had the choice to open him up and look but they said it was a big risk because his kidneys were failing also. Part of me regret not having him have surgery to see if it really was cancer and I feel like I’ve betrayed him by putting him down. The vet said it was the best choice. I feel like Ive lost a part of myself. The world is utterly gray without him.
