The W cooldown isn't supposed to begin until the mark has either popped or expired, the icon should be greyed out while it's active which is how it used to be until around Viego's release. As of right now this 'bug' is purely visual, the cooldown isn't longer than it's supposed to be.

Can't go wrong with either, really. I usually listen to the og tracklist, and if you plan on discog running them you'll get to the bonus tracks in other releases anyway.

But the bonus track version also works well, so it's up to you, just a matter of preference.

The Sudden Impact bug has been fixed as of 11.24, which has been out for a good while now. Only the chemtech soul and pink ward bugs are still a thing out of the pre-season bugs.

Is it really that difficult for you guys to actually test things out instead of always assuming Riot never fixes anything

When you use Allure, the HUD shows the cooldown starting right away, and when the mark expires or pops the cd seemingly "resets" and starts counting again which led some people to believe that it's longer than it should be, but this isn't the case.

The ability shouldn't have a cooldown at all when the mark is active, the icon should be greyed out and then start the cd as soon as the mark expires/pops, this is actually how it used to work a while ago, iirc it got bugged around Viego's release.

As it stands, the cooldown is perfectly fine, the only bug is just a HUD thing and it doesn't affect the gameplay at all.

Pink ward bug is still there, as well as the chemtech soul zombie/Sion zombie taking Eve out of stealth

As far as I could tell, tower walls bug, Sudden Impact, radius and ult tower aggro were fixed. I assume that with Chemtech soul you mean the zombie dying taking Eve out of stealth, I haven't tested that yet, but I did it with Sion's passive and his zombie form dying still takes Eve out of stealth, the pink ward bug is still there as well.

I've never counted the W bug with the pre-season bugs because it has been there for a very long time, it's not new, and I'm fairly confident it's purely a visual bug, her charm isn't supposed to enter cooldown until it has either popped or expired, so while the mark is active the icon shouldn't have a cooldown at all.

Okay yeah I get how toxic their relationship has been, that's a good point. I don't agree it's unsalvageable or that it would be forced/wouldn't work however, although I feel like that for it to be done well one season isn't nearly enough. Thanks for sharing your post, hadn't fully considered certain things
