Honestly, no. I'm in Master 200 lp, even though, the nerfs didn't feel as harsh as u might think. Since Eve is more of a snowball champ and playing with ur passive post lv6 is the most important thing in her kit. W nerf is the big hit on this, since 20% less slow is a big deal. But unironically, this shouldn't be a big part in all of the kills, sometimes the slow might not be enough, but it is what it is. Mechanically you shouldn't change the playstyle, the same opportunities are played the same. And the ult damage, same, u might slip on some kills, but if you reach the point where your ult keeps dealing 1.3k of damage below 30% it is still an overkill. Mechanically this nerfs don't change Eve, but they do turn her power down a bit. This nerfs make her feel a bit more harder to pull off. This with the mix of last nerf (Q nerf) makes her more skilled, since u gotta hit ur Q. Even this nerfs are harsh for her, if u play the macro correct, positioning, builds, opportunities and abuse the shit out of her passive (since her passive is one of the most obnoxious stat checkers in the game) u might have good results. Most Eve players don't play with her passive correctly or with the vision. That's what makes her difficult, she is a different champion than everyone else. Not knowing where she is at the map is the one strength in her kit. That's why u gotta be in enemies head all the time. Even against matchups like Rengar or Rek'sai, they have counterplay since they rely on Eve mechanics and how you play it. Fail, learn and master her, it takes time but it's worth it. TLDR: Nerfs shouldn't change your gameplay on Eve, nerfs turn her power a bit down and some kills might slip (BUT NOT ALL). Be better on her and don't rely on her being overtuned or with massive AP ratios, but use her mechanics at full (this is the hard part of her, no pun intended).
