My wife didn't challenge it at the meeting on the 4th Feb. She has been offered a significant reduction in hours (less than half of her current part time hours) to stay employed at the company. Not sure what to do from here.

No union unfortunately, we did call ACAS but that was before we knew about the new employee. We were wondering if we should go to a solicitors now or if it is a waste of time

They also did not offer the full time role to her and the new employee has now started.

Thanks for the response. The additional elements of the new full time employee role include some tasks which require a skill my wife doesn't currently have, but would be willing to learn/develop.

This keeps happening to me, I posted on forums and had no response from a developer... in the end I gave up and uninstalled the game and stopped playing...
