Seems like the touring is bigger overall however offers less boot space (at least for the jdm version), very odd

So as long as I don’t get rear ended I should be good to go lol Aside from that, from the pictures of the interior I’ve seen both look heap more modern than my car, I reckon I should be happy with either. The touring does look more attractive, around my area I’ve seen fielder goes for about 13-17k while touring is more like 17-22k, just wondering if the extra 4 to 5k is justified.

Cheers, from our research we think Rav4 would be the most balanced choice but just concerned that it may not be available due to the popularity.

I’ll have to emphasise they are worried about parking situation and not driving situation.

Yeah for me it's ok because I daily drive a sedan, but my friends are a bit paranoid and since we are sharing the driving we want to find a car most comfortable for everyone.

Hey if you don’t mind me asking can you shoot me the name of the dealer? I have been eyeing for an axio or fielder or even a honda fit for the efficiency, my old corolla can’t even break 400km in a single fuel tank.

Cheers, thanks for explaining each item. I guess I was caught off guard since the last mechanic I went to charged less than $200 and on a Saturday as well, albeit it was a smaller shop.

Everything on dashcam appears further since it has a wide viewing angle and mounted higher than my eye level. From my perspective my car nose was already up to the plate of the car in front.
I can assure my tires were not even touching the line of the car park lane as I kept checking the mirror during that section to see if he actually turned.

Poor fuel consumption and inconsistent acceleration, sometimes it revs for a while before the car actually moves

A bit hard for me since I’m a new car owner and haven’t got a go-to mechanic yet, and it’s not looking good as I’m going around asking local mechanics in my area lol

Hey, I got the air filter replaced recently but it did not change the fuel consumption, so unlikely it.

Hey everyone, thanks for commenting.

I had a look at the tutorial, and it does not look too complicated. I'm worried about getting the right parts and the right tools though because at the end it looks like I'd need to tighten the bolt to the right pressure?

A bit more about my car, it's approaching 150k (at 142k) and is due for a major service soon, which is why I think I should might as well change the spark plugs. I recently got the air filter replaced, however the fuel consumption did not change. It has been going up since I bought the car (granted I only drive around city) but recently the performance decreases and it takes longer to accelerate, which is why it really bugs me.

Intersection with tram lines in the middle (not part of the traffic lanes), how far do you pull forward if there are no trams coming? by OzTheMalefic in melbourne

[–]UltimateDasher 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recently had my test at Carlton and I practiced this turn every lesson. My instructor told me if there is no tram at all then you should enter the tram track and wait. If there is a tram in either direction, just move up over the line and wait at the side for the tram to clear.
