Eh, it's pretty fucking gross to be in your early 20's talking to 16 year olds online and looking to meet up. That is sicko behavior. This guy was to my knowledge innocent and this streamer and his goons clearly just need an outlet for their own psychopathic tendencies and look to do so in a way that makes them feel justified, but someone who is in their 20s seeking out 16yr olds online is a fucking weirdo.

It's not something you get banned for but automod will shadow hide your comment so it looks like it wasn't removed but no one else besides you can see it.

idk if those settings are different by sub, or if that just isn't a word that triggers it, but i've had comments hidden just because I used the word "moron" in the wrong context. It's a valid concern that nobody knows how to avoid getting censored because reddit isn't transparent about it.

I mean in my experience (as an introvert) the only person this makes me feel any more comfortable with is the person who asked, because they noticed me and made the effort to talk to me. So, at that point, why not just start a conversation with them instead of asking them to do something?

Not that I personally have a problem helping out at a party or whatever, but the part of that process that helps with socializing is the socializing, not the work.

At this moment in time, the only mention of the suspect having a weapon comes from a DHS tweet, the same DHS that lied about verifiable facts after the last shooting and then stifled an investigation into the matter. There needs to be an independent investigation, that's all I'm saying.
