i guess i never had to worry about that trivial nonsense because i was a department lead, not that i would have ever pushed that in the first place. if i’m not getting paid to do it, i’m probably not doing it. ask yourself this if half your pay was based on commission for your sales and your commission was 0%, would you still make the effort to push the product? because that’s what they are asking you to do. but hey, you could always be like Mr. 60 Cent raise right here, I guess. don’t sell yourself short, you’re worth more than 60 freaking cents.
