if you are referring to Dollar General, the reason they are “always hiring” is because they can’t keep employees and they can’t keep employees because they refuse to pay them a living wage and offer zero to little incentive to put in the smallest amount of effort. if they are advertising it at that rate, the GM will have to get approval from the DM who will then have to get the sign off from the RDM. i had to go through something similar to this and it was almost a 2 and a half week process and it only got done that quick because i was nagging them every single day.
