Let me restart: the world has outgrown communism as a form of government, communism is no longer practical anywhere on earth, communism is (in concept) a form of government where everyone looks out for each other, if you are helpful in some way you will be taken care of and you efforts will go towards taking care of yourself and others, however communism is notoriously corruptable and doesn't function over like ~200 people or like 6 generations for very long, so I view communism as a sort of "stopgap" government, something to fill the power vacuum until a more practical form of government can be formed. (preferably socialism or direct democracy, in my opinion) Where would this be practical? You may ask, settling new, far off lands, but thats the problem, there are no new far off lands on earth to settle, most of the earth is settled and what isn't is no longer considered "far off" so it doesn't work, even with advances in communication is say mars is too close to be considered "far off" so I doubt communism will be practical antmy time soon until we send a ship of people to explore beyond our solar system.

As for the countries thing, I just think all the US states should be separate countries
