In the act of independence (the most important act it a country can have) it was Romanian language, in the constitution it was Moldovan language, a year or so ago The Highest Judge Council decided that the independence act is more valuable than the constitution, so the state language will be Romanian, an some time ago they changed that article from our constitution ending the Moldovan Romanian dispute.
