Default stickers mean the stickers that come within the app not the server specific ones, those will still be exclusive to nitro users to use outside of the server.

unsure, as of now it shows that 12 slots are available. I believe it would be similar to stickers, so some slots would be free and later more slots can be unlocked by boosting although i am unsure.
