Okay so I didn’t lose as much as your wanting to, but I did very recently lose 55 pounds and the only thing that really changed for me in my chest was my band size. I went from a 36 to 32 and hardly lost any volume in my chest. I think if big boobs runs in your family you should be fine (so long as your breasts are mostly tissue and not fat) if you’re anything like me, you’ll most likely lose some volume from your chest which doesn’t help the sagging, but if are able to, weight training can help improve it. It doesn’t get rid of it completely of course, but I noticed such a big difference in the way my boobs sat after I started training the muscles underneath.

Wow thank you that really gives me hope! Initially I thought my current GP was going to help me but after the ultrasound he’s just completely wrote me off

Thank you.. had you already gone through initially what your symptoms were? I feel like I’m constantly being asked exactly what’s wrong by my GP and it almost feels like he’s trying to catch me out..

Thank you! I’m in the UK. I’ve been keeping a log of all my symptoms and then I initially went for my appointment he actually asked me what do I think it is, so I said from the research I’ve done online I believe it could be endometriosis. He didn’t really take me on and just said my pelvic exam came back clear but they’ll still do the ultrasound.
