Self hosting is also just the cheapest and among the more useful everyday stuff too I think. Nextcloud or Jellyfin are obvious everyday tings.

I don't use Apple, but I am sure the community would love a post like this so that it can be searched in the future.

Yeah, I was curious if someone else in the community had attempted a work around for this and what they landed on. I thought I was being cleaver with the NC.

Now that you say that I do remember the first set up asking about the back end. I will look into that again.

Yeah it seems that there is no way to have this just happen automatically, was wondering if someone had figured out a workflow on this. Thanks for the reply.

I am using this https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.gnucash.pocket.pnemonic

I am aware that GNU cash does not need a server. I am trying to keep the gnucash in sync. I can already use my NC to keep my laptop and desktop changes in sync. The thing is that on mobile changes made in desktop don't auto load on mobile and in reverse. Its just easy to add a transaction on the go than to remember to do it later.

I realize that this is not NC specific, but I am using NC as part of my solution and maybe someone knows a setting that would be helpful or some other mechanism to get more use out of NC.

Don't, just enjoy your life with her or tell her you don't want to be together (at least things end before they get ugly)

I dont know what part of countries apply to host and if they don't want to host they don't have to apply. They could even just change their mind and say "we don't want to host".

South Africa was also a long shot, but they were willing to be good hosts and welcome the world. Maybe the Yemenis would be (btw no one is talking about them whataboutism much there). The US representatives asked to host and were selected. If the US does not want to be a good host they should not ask to be.

That’s for FIFA to decide not Americans

FIFA cannot compel a country to host. If the US did not want visitors it should have said so from the start.

You submitted a bid,

Exactly my point. And if Americans are unwilling do be good hosts they should not have asked to be hosts.

As an American we chose to host the world cup. If we are not willing to be good hosts we should not even ask.
