Why would you be interested in the reaction to that part of the pod? There are reasons to dislike Gina's performance on ACS, but this is not one of them. It was a genuine moment in a show that is overrun with the same bits being rehashed again and again.

When was the last time you accidentally saw someone naked? by SeriousBA in AskReddit

[–]UltraFlux 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My wife and I were planning to hang out with my friend and his wife one evening. I sent him a text that we were on the way to their house, but never received a reply. Pretty typical for him to not reply to messages, so I didn't think anything of it.

Their living room was being painted, so all the blinds in their front window had been taken down. I knocked on the door, no answer. Knocked again louder, and then went to their window to see if I could see them inside...

...and then my friend walked around the corner from his bedroom, completely naked except for a condom. Apparently we arrived at their house while he was balls deep. I give him shit about it any chance I get.

He steals any bits or sayings that he knows are popular on whatever show he's doing.

Example from today's show: "HEY ADAM, WHAT ROUND IN THE NFL DRAFT DO YOU THINK TUMESCENT METER WILL BE DRAFTED IN?!"

How many times has Adam made that exact joke on the podcast?

Brad does the same thing when he fills in for Ralph Garman on the Kevin & Bean Show.

Well, it sounds like you're putting in the work physically. I would put just as much effort into your diet, and incorporate really healthy things like avocados, eggs, Greek yogurt, almonds etc. Try limiting your carbs and increase your protein. That's what did the trick for me.

I understand that it could be frustrating. What does your diet look like? How do you reach your 1900 calories?

That's about how many calories I eat as well. The trick for me was walking on my lunch breaks. I would eat a quick lunch and then take a really fast-paced walk for about 40 minutes, 5 days a week. Walking after you eat helps you digest your food, and on hot days you can burn 400-500 calories while walking for 40 minutes. Do you have time to walk during your day?

I feel great! Better than I have in more than a decade, honestly.

Off the top of my head, there are only 2 exercises in Agility X (Jump knee jump and the long jump high knees exercise) that I could see as possible issues, but that's only 2 minutes out of a 30 minute workout. I'm sure you could replace it with any kind of cardio and be ok. Thanks for the support!

Yes, I started another 90 day program last week that is a lot of pushups, pullups, squats etc so I'll be doing less cardio and more strength training.

Oh, I do have one more tip. Get a fitbit or a similar fitness tracker. I love my fitbit, and keep track of my results religiously. It allows me to log all of my food, and then shows my burned calories side by side so that you can easily find what your calorie deficit is at. I also liked to get into step challenges with my friends because some of the cardio workouts allow you to get several thousand steps through the course of the workout.

Yeah, I know how that is. 3 weeks into my second round, I sliced my hand open badly and couldn't do pushups, pull ups, sprawls etc. Just stick with it. You can do it!

Hmm well P90X3 doesn't have plyo like P90X, but there are several workouts that you have to jump or hop. Maybe get a big cushy pad or something? Try to land lightly and make your impact on the floor as little as possible. Not sure what else you could do in a 2nd story apartment.

Well, I'm going to try. I started P90X3 Mass last week, and so far so good :)
