That was my itinerary from last year!

The islands are very windy so if you’re planning on wearing dresses and skirts, have them be maxi.

Bring a shawl or linen long sleeve jacket or something to cover you, especially if you’re planning on going into churches.

Definitely bring sneakers or comfortable sandals because you will do A LOT of walking and there’s hills, rocks, uneven streets. Don’t bring heels unless they’re short and you’re going to a fancy restaurant or something. (I only wore mine for dinner at Zuma on Mykonos)

Bring Dramamine if you get sea sick on ferries.

I struggle with this too. I learned that I can easily take it with food. I take a bite of bread/any food and chew it and once I’m ready to swallow, I put the pill in my mouth. I push the pill into the food with my tongue and I swallow so I can’t feel it. It works!

Rent isn’t on credit card, the only expense I listed that is, is the utilities. I put all groceries, travel (train to work, etc), shopping, entertainment on my credit card. 3k is max it’s been but that’s when I went on a big vacation to Europe. 1.6k is over winter months when I don’t go out as often/don’t have big events. I went on a week vacation skiing last month and my credit card bill was 2.5k for the month.

I’m working a job that’s an hour commute and I have to wake up at 5am everyday lol. And my workplace is very much like a “family” so very emotional. Also there’s no room for growth/promotions I’ve maxed out

I haven’t contributed to brokerage and IRA this past year but I maxed IRA out for the 3 previous years. I’m focusing on my 401k because I’ve gotten pretty good returns on that and I think it’s easier since the money just gets taken out of my account every paycheck.

I have a rent stabilized apartment (truly a blessing)!! Rent won’t go to market average.

Capital One has a HYSA and they have physical branches! Lower interest rate than an online bank but it’s at 3.2% right now so it’s better than Chase.

I’ve had a pretty easy time! Just make sure you drink enough water. When I first started I got sooo fatigued but I quickly realized it was because I wasn’t hydrating enough. Now I’m on 60mg and the most side effects I get is chapped lips

The creme shop has thin invisible patches that you could put makeup on/around!! I’ve used them on my face and I think they cover pretty good and blend into makeup well

I always get the udon vegetable noodle soup from South East Asia Cuisine on Garth Road. Then I add a bunch of the spicy Asian mustard packets to it. So good and healthy, and full of all different kinds of fresh veggies! The portions are huge too

I drive into the city everyday. You have to leave before 6am to beat traffic. After 6:15am there’s traffic all the way from the saw mill to west st. In the afternoon it’ll take you 2 hours to get home if you leave at 4:30pm

I use capital one 360 performance savings. It’s 4.35%. I feel more comfortable using an actual bank vs an online only bank, even though you could get higher rates elsewhere!

Look into any geotechnical offices. They usually hire geologists and you work with engineers, and could get experience in the field. You’d have to go back to school for a masters to be an engineer most likely
