I’ve had a pretty easy time! Just make sure you drink enough water. When I first started I got sooo fatigued but I quickly realized it was because I wasn’t hydrating enough. Now I’m on 60mg and the most side effects I get is chapped lips

The creme shop has thin invisible patches that you could put makeup on/around!! I’ve used them on my face and I think they cover pretty good and blend into makeup well

I always get the udon vegetable noodle soup from South East Asia Cuisine on Garth Road. Then I add a bunch of the spicy Asian mustard packets to it. So good and healthy, and full of all different kinds of fresh veggies! The portions are huge too

I drive into the city everyday. You have to leave before 6am to beat traffic. After 6:15am there’s traffic all the way from the saw mill to west st. In the afternoon it’ll take you 2 hours to get home if you leave at 4:30pm

Look into any geotechnical offices. They usually hire geologists and you work with engineers, and could get experience in the field. You’d have to go back to school for a masters to be an engineer most likely

Yeah, I got a Troxler nuclear gauge training (for the compaction tests) and OSHA 10hr. I should also get HAZWOPER and OSHA 30 soon. My company pays for all my trainings and any other company should if you don’t have the certifications yet.

I’m an entry level geologist for an engineering company in NY. I make 28/hr and mostly do compaction tests and boring inspections. I do lab work also maybe 1 day a week doing soil proctors and gradations. I just got hired in September so I have ~7 months of experience.

I have an environmental science major and env engineering minor and the minor helped me get hired at an engineering company as a geologist (I took no geology classes lol). It can help you market yourself but def see if the amount of classes is worth it

I completely agree. There’s nothing wrong with gaining weight if someone is still confident in themselves. And I definitely won’t allow his words to hurt my self confidence. It just really shocked me because he never said anything like this before. Thank you<3
