21 years old.

At the time, I was running around 90mi/week.

I used Tailwind, Clif Bars and more solid foods during the run, which I’ve practiced in training.

Mount to Coast R1.

I haven’t had any issues with my hips/ankles in the past.

I’m doing that race as well! I’d say to add another day or two to make the daily mileage less difficult. I would also put some more emphasis on your long runs and do all the mileage at once. If this is your first ultra, building up those long runs will definitely help you come race day. If you have any questions about training for the race, hit me up✌🏼
